Five recent HireLAX grads were sponsored by LAX contractors as Laborers! Before commencing work, the graduates first must pass the Laborers boot camp. The boot camp is a five-day gueling assessment of physical and mental endurance and strength. The boot camp also requires cancdidates to pass both a drug test and an interview with union representatives. Those familiar with the Laborers Boot Camp, know that not all candidates are able to pass, BUT our HireLAX grads went five-for-five! Sully Miller led the charge by sponsoring two (David Ruiz & Eric Pierre-Smith), while Hensel Phelps (Alex Sintigo), LINXS (Edward Leiva), and Bali (Julisa Auguiano) all sponsored one graduate each. All five graduated from HireLAX's las Cohort #19!
